Once we are in receipt of your order you will be issued an email confirming stock availability and an estimated delivery/despatch date for your goods. The vast majority of our goods are despatched within 1-2 working days from receipt or your order.
Product Availability
Many of the products you see on our website are held in stock in our warehouse and are despatched within 1-2 working days from receipt or your order, all other items a sent direct from the Manufacturer / UK Importer. Items held in stock with the Manufacturer / UK Importer are sent within 1-3 working days from receipt or your order (please allow at least 48hrs for orders despatched direct from supplier). All items which are out of stock at our warehouse and are out of stock with the manufacturer / UK Importer usually take between 1-3 weeks on average to arrive from Europe. Some special made to order parts can take between 4 -6 weeks to manufacturer, should this be the case you will be notified on your estimated delivery/despatch date email.
Next Day Courier Service
Most goods are despatched using our next day delivery courier service this is based on orders received before 12.00pm and all items being in stock in our warehouse or with the Manufacturer / UK Importer. This service is only available on working days this is NOT a guaranteed 'next day delivery' service. All other items are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery service.
Please note that all deliveries require a signature on delivery. We DO offer you the option to have you're goods delivered to an alternative address to the billing address of the card you used to pay for your order to aid you in this matter.
Carriage Costs (UK Mainland Only)
All delivery prices displayed on our site are based on a UK mainland delivery service, if you require goods sent to a different location please select it from the delivery location menu on the basket page before you place your order online. All goods sent via our next day courier delivery are charged at a rate of between £4 and £15 depending on the size and weight of the item(s) (UK Mainland only).
Small goods products are despatched via Royal Mail 'Recorded Delivery Service' and charged at a rate of between £1 and £6 depending on the size and weight of the item(s).
If you are ordering online, the carriage costs are calculated and displayed to you before you place your order. If you are ordering by telephone, please confirm the carriage costs with the member of staff taking your order.
If you are ordering multiple items on a single order these may be despatched from different manufacturers and additional £2.00 is added to the cost of your order per item to cover the cost of carriage of each additional item. Please note that items that are not in-stock in our warehouse are sent directly from the Manufacturer / UK Importer in some instances this means that you may receive multiple deliveries you will be notified of this in your email detailing estimated delivery/despatch dates.
Free Delivery (UK Mainland Only)
Certain items on our site stipulate a FREE delivery cost this means we will despatch the goods to you at no cost (this service is only available to UK mainland addresses, an additional charge may be levied to the following postal codes AB, DD, IV, KW, PA, PH). All free delivery items are sent using our next day delivery courier service or by Royal mail via a recorded delivery service.
Carriage Costs (outside the UK Mainland)
As well as the UK mainland we also ship to certain countires within Europe and the EU. If your country is NOT listed below we currently CANNOT ship to that destination we do not offer a shipping service to every coutry with the EU or Europe. All goods sent outside the UK mainland are sent via our courier delivery service which usually take approx 2-5 days (stock items only). For delivery costs to countries outside the UK mainland please see the table below.
Please note if you live outside the UK mainland we only guarantee dispatch of your goods if you are registered to one of the following schemes, Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode.

Currently we deliver within the UK and the Channel Islands, Eire and BFPO. An additional charge will be incurred for destinations outside the UK mainland and these are listed above.
