H&R on old 86-89 Accord
Reviewer: Leigh Taylor / 16th November 2009
Lowering Springs can be a nightmare to get hold of for an old car like mine.
Thanks to Europerformance for being the only suppliers to actually stock them for UK customers, they were at my door in just three days from ordering.
H&R lowering springs really improve the handling, and the ride quality is now as good if not better than stock springs.
At first, it didn't seem that Bilstien B6 dampers were at all strong enough to cope with the H&R lowering springs from new. The car would still jump and rattle, but after about 6 months of driving about like this, the H&R springs bedded in nicely, allowing the B6 dampers to be felt holding the car down on the road ALOT more.
