I have recently fitted these springs to my 1998 rover 414, and am very impressed, they have lowerd it around 40mm at the frount and around 45-50 at the rear, which is perfect as the car is now level, without being to low.
These springs are also a good deal stiffer than stock, which has eliminated about 80% of the body roll, and improved the overall handleing and amount of grip more than i thought possible on the standard wheel's. they took me around 3 and a half to 4 hours to fit all 4.
